We’re open and here for you

As we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic together, we are developing new protocols with your safety and convenience in mind. We have implemented patient and visitor precautions and transitioned to virtual care where appropriate.

Updates to your care

Transitioning upcoming visits to telemedicine visits when appropriate.

  • Telemedicine appointments are now available to eligible patients.

Screening all patients and guests at the facility entrance.

  • Our screening process includes:

  • Screening all patients and guests at the door for symptoms, including taking temperature and asking specific questions about their current health, travel, exposure awareness etc.

    • If no fever, they can come in. Masks are available upon request for non-coughing patients

    • If patients have a cough, they will be given a mask as a mandatory  precaution

      • If a patient has a fever of 99 degrees or higher, we are escorting them to a containment room around the back to bypass the main patient waiting room.

      • We recheck temps again for consistent results, if fever remains, we test for flu and strep.

      • If positive for flu or strep, the provider treats accordingly.

      • If negative for flu and strep, we send them for COVID 19 testing and escort them out the back

  • All staff members are screened for fevers upon arrival.

  • All staff members are wearing masks.

  • All staff with patient contact are wearing masks, gloves and some may also be wearing gowns/ additional cover-up.

  • Full PPE is available to all staff members and additional N95 masks are assigned per person.

Fully disinfecting exam rooms after every use.

Disinfecting all surfaces multiple times throughout the day.

Using alternate entrances for sick and well visits.
